Delivery

We take a lot of care in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with the service you get from us. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a black Nahara presentation box. 

UK Standard Delivery is FREE

Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. You are able to nominate an alternative delivery address (such as your place of work) at the time of ordering, if this is more convenient for you. 

This service includes the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. The Channel Islands are also included within this service although there may be a slight delay in delivery due to customs inspection. Channel Islands customers may have to pay import duty.

All orders placed on the Nahara website are made subject to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided on this page.

Where delivery isn't possible, the parcel will be either be taken to your nearest sorting office or delivery will be reattempted. You will receive a card explaining how to recover your delivery from the sorting office, or rearrange the delivery. 

Nahara expects that the Buyer (or recipient if the Buyer has specified that the Goods are a gift) will receive the Goods within the relevant estimated delivery time. However, this is for indication purposes only, and Nahara is not responsible for delays caused by elements beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to delays caused by carriers, customs or delays at ports. The Buyer acknowledges that delivery times for dispatched Goods may be extended as a result and that Nahara is not responsible for such delays.
