Returns

For returns and exchanges, including faulty goods, items must reach us within 60 days of receiving the item.

How to return an item

1. We can only issue you with a refund or exchange if the item(s) are in a fully re-saleable condition (excludes faulty items). Customised goods cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. 

2. Please ensure that returned items have their original packaging. Faulty items must be in a clean and dry condition. 

3. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot issue refunds for items that we do not receive. 

4. Please send an email to info@nahara.co.uk to let us know that you will be returning an item, including your name and name of the item you are returning.   

5. All returns will be refunded to you once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your statement. An email will be sent to confirm the refund.

6. The return delivery charges will not be refunded, and are at the customer's expense. 

7. For faulty items, an inspection takes place. If we agree that fault is Nahara's, then the item will be replaced or refunded. The returns delivery cost will be refunded in the case of a faulty item. 

How to Exchange an Item

1. Email Nahara at info@nahara.co.uk to let us know that you would like to exchange an item. 

2. Please ensure you return your item within 60 days of receipt, in the original packaging.

3. We can only offer exchanges for items of the same price. For other items, please follow the returns procedure above. 

We have the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy and we may ask you to pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK have 14 working days, from receipt, to cancel their purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a refund of the price of the item.
